When external is not the fit
If you run more than four vehicles long term and need the professional competence anyway, sitting the exam yourself or an internal role is cheaper over time. External fits at the start, for small fleets, and when no transport manager of your own is available.

Frequent questions
What does it cost?
749 € per month for the first vehicle, +349 € for each additional vehicle. From 10 vehicles a tiered price on request. Cancel monthly.
Who is liable?
The transport manager is responsible for meeting the duties under Art. 4 Reg. (EC) 1071/2009. Entrepreneurial responsibility stays with the company, we set out the split in writing.
How fast is the start?
Contract and authority notification within 48 hours of the first call. Ongoing transport management begins from day 1.
Can I switch?
Yes, the contract can be cancelled monthly. On a switch we hand over the documentation in full.
What happens during a BALM inspection?
The monthly documentation is on file as evidence: driving and rest times, driver cards, maintenance, instructions. The monthly report reflects the current state at any time.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The contract runs monthly and can be cancelled at the end of the month.
Do you handle the authority process for me?
Yes, application support is included in the transport manager subscription. We check your documents, fill in the forms and file the application. Handling the authority process directly by power of attorney is an optional paid add-on (490–690 €).
What happens if an application is rejected?
If the legal question is contested, we refer you to a transport-law attorney. We do not run appeal or litigation proceedings ourselves.
What additional official fees apply?
Roughly 300–500 € base fee plus 80–100 € per vehicle certificate, one-off and independent of us (Stand: Juli 2026).
Do I have to give up company shares?
No. We take on transport management as a mandate, not company shares. You stay 100% the owner.
